The newest carburizing heat treatment furnace over 1000°C
    The carburizing treatment of steel parts in the area of high temperatures over 1000°C made it possible to increase the treatment rate and improve the anticorrosion.
    Because some problems such as the life of furnaces and the quality deterioration of work-pieces in the area of these high temeratures were solved, the cost reduction of 40 % was realized by the new-type furnace developed this time by shortening its treatment time approximately to a half of the conventional treatment time and reducing the gas consumption.
    Under the enthusiastic customers'eyes, this earth-friendly and epoch-making new-type furnace will be soon on the market in earnest.
